ABOUT PRODUCT
The ANTI MICROBIAL COATING must be mandatory for those areas where micro level bacteria have to be protected, so clip-in ceiling system (Aluminium or Galvanized) can be used with Anti-Microbial coating.

Up to 99.9% reduction in bacterial activity from the surface tested for a range of bacteria mentioned as per MOD ISO22196:2011
TECHNICAL DETAILS
TILES
Oculus® Clip-in tiles are available in 0.45mm & 0.5mm thickness in galvanized steel (GI) and 0.65mm & 0.7mm thickness in aluminium (AL). Tiles are available in square edges as well as bevelled edges as per requirement.
GRID SYSTEM
Clip-in runner made of 0.6mm thick galvanized steel (GI).
POWDER COATING
50-60 microns thick Anti-Microbial colour coating on exposed area & 15-20 microns powder coating on rear side.
SUSPENSION
4mm dia. GI Rod, Adjustment spring (Butterfly clip), galvanized steel edge profile.
