Multi R Ceiling System
ABOUT PRODUCT
The Oculus® make 84R/184R/284R ceiling system consists of round edge panels having the width of 84mm, 184mm & 284mm respectively, Panels can be easily clipped on a single carrier (while using the combination of Multi R profiles), there is an opening of 16mm grove between two panels which can be remain open or closed, to close the grove there is a profile available called U shaped flush profile of 16mm, this profile gives appearance like closed ceiling. Multi-R panels are 12.5mm deep & round in shape, having 100/200/300mm module (c/c) respectively. The panels are customized and can be supply up-to the maximum length of 5000mm. Oculus® 84R/184R/284R carriers are 0.6mm thick in steel & 0.7mm thick in aluminium. To improve the interior acoustic performance the Oculus® 84R/184R/284R panels can be perforated and can be supplied with a non-woven tissue.
APPLICATION
All the panels of Oculus® (84R/184R/284R) can be easily demounted and re-fixed manually (without any advance tool) which allow the full access to the plenum and to the services behind. All kind of services i.e., electric, HVSE, cable tray and net can be hide by using this kind of ceiling system. Ideal for those areas where hygiene/non maintenance area is major concerns i.e., server room etc. Easy dust cleaning makes this ceiling ideal for anywhere hygiene is important. Perforated panels with a non-woven textile membrane provide the acoustic solution for conferences areas.
Specification
The Oculus® make 84R/184R/284R panels are roll formed from 0.5/0.6mm thick powder coated & coil coated available in galvanized steel / aluminium strips, All Aluminium material can be 100% recycled with the use of small amount of energy.
TECHNICAL DETAILS
PANEL
Oculus® round edges profiles of 84mm/184mm/284mm wide panels are 0.45mm / 0.5mm thick in galvanized steel (GI) & 0.65mm/0.7mm thick in aluminium (AL) with 12.5mm deep.
CARRIER
Oculus® Carrier shall be 20mm wide & 40mm/45mm deep of 0.5mm / 0.6mm galvanised steel (GI) black powder coated / black coil coated prongs to accommodate the panels in a module of 100mm/200mm/300mm.
FLUSH PROFILE
U Shaped flush profile of 16mm wide make it 100mm/200mm/300mm module ceiling system.
POWDER COATING
50-60 microns thick powder coating on exposed area & 20-25 microns powder coating on rear side.
COIL COATING
The durable polyester finish in a nominal thickness of 20 microns on exposed surface & 5-10 microns on rear side.
PERFORATION
2.0mm & 1.8mm dia. perforation with 7mm C/C diagonal pattern.
SUSPENSION
4mm dia. GI Rod, Adjustment spring, panel splice for panel joint and carrier splice for carrier jointing, galvanized steel edge profile.
